Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Midnight Supply. Because most of our kits contain single-use, hygiene-adjacent items, we have a straightforward return and refund policy.

All Sales Final
All sales are final. Once a kit has shipped, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges, including for the Flow Kit, Revive Kit, Sex Kit, and Photo Prop Kit.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

BAC Kit Breathalyzer
The digital breathalyzer included in the BAC Kit is covered by a limited 30-day replacement guarantee. If the device is defective and does not power on or function as intended, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.

Opened Kits
We cannot accept returns on kits that have been opened, used, or are missing their original packaging, except as described above.
