Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Wholesale orders ship via UPS.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Carrier Delays
While we take care to package and ship every order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our facility. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll do what we can to help track it down.
